Applications of 3M™ Anti-Graffiti Film

• Invisible film 8993: For flat, unprinted surfaces such as aluminium, glass, rigid plastics (PMMA, PC, ABS) and paints. Protects against graffiti on exteriors such as façades or panels, resisting fuel spills without penetration at the edges. Can be cleaned with aggressive solvents without damage.
• Matt film 8995-124: Similar to 8993, on flat surfaces such as aluminium, glass, PMMA, PC, ABS and paintwork. Useful indoors or outdoors for advertising panels or furniture, with a matt finish. For polycarbonate, dry with heat first.
• Flexible film 8588G: On printed graphic films on vehicles, fleets, boats, trains, signage, awnings, smooth walls, boxes and windows. Conformable to curves, rivets and corrugations. Vertical only (±10°), not directly on substrates.
• Ultra-thick film 8991: As an overlaminate for protecting surfaces against graffiti, abrasion and stains. Ideal for high-temperature or demanding applications, such as paint masking, but focused on vandalism resistance on graphics and surfaces.
• Opaque film 8590M: Over graphic films for vehicles, fleets, boats, trains, signage, walls and glass. Greater thickness for harsh environments, conformable to curves. Vertical only, excellent against dirt accumulation.

Applications of 3M™ Anti-Graffiti Sprays

• Graffiti Remover 3000: Ideal for removing graffiti from porous surfaces such as brick or concrete, effective against spray paint, permanent markers, crayons and emulsion paint. It is used in urban environments such as exterior walls or concrete structures where vandalism is common. Procedure: Apply with a brush, cloth or sponge; leave to act; clean with a damp cloth; rinse and dry.
• Graffiti Remover 1500: Designed for painted or plastic surfaces, it removes graffiti such as ballpoint pen ink, crayon, lipstick, paint or permanent ink. Useful on painted facades, rigid plastics or vehicles. Procedure: Mask around the area; apply with a soft brush, cloth or sponge; leave for 3-5 minutes; wipe with a damp cloth; rinse with water; dry. Ensure ventilation.
• Graffiti cleaning system: For graphics protected with specific 3M films, removes common types of graffiti without leaving residue. Applications on signage, vinyl graphics or protected surfaces. Procedure: Mask off; apply with a brush, cloth or sponge; leave for 5-10 minutes; wipe with a damp cloth; rinse; dry. Wash afterwards with a mild detergent.
