3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odour Acrylic Adhesive DP810 is a virtually odourless two-component reinforced adhesive. Designed for environments where flammability and fumes are a problem. It provides high peel and shear strength, impact durability. It is composed of liquid reactive polymers that undergo a chemical reaction when mixed and then harden to form a solid plastic material. Once the two components have been mixed to the specified ratio, the curing process begins; this provides a limited range of time to apply the adhesive and bond the two surfaces together as required.

- Mixing time of 10 minutes and fast cure in 20 minutes (at room temperature 20/25°C), full cure between 8 and 24 hours, (INFO: Excess adhesive exposed to air around bond lines can remain wet for up to 48 hours).

Applications
- Easy and quick to apply
- Requires an applicator, available at manual or automatic (if you need the latter, please contact us).
- Need a plunger for small cartridges
- Different mixing nozzles available, depending on cartridge size
- Recommended use with green nozzle for small cartridges and white nozzle for large cartridges

Reminder: As stated above, the shelf life is short, so you will need to buy as many nozzles as you want to use the adhesive. The nozzle mixture hardens in 10 minutes. If you use it continuously, the adhesive inside the nozzle will not harden.
